  • Duration: 4 weeks, with classes held twice a week. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:45pm to 7:45pm
  • Cost: $99 
  • Level: Tailored for absolute beginners.
  • Environment: A friendly, welcoming atmosphere with experienced instructors.
  • Equipment: Classes are No- Gi. Just come in comfortable sports clothing!
